Then, I read the explanation of why Kittywampus received an NC-17 rating:
Supposedly I got the NC-17 "based on the presence of the following words":Whoa... 'abortion' gets you an NC-17? We've got a real problem if we're more worried that kids might learn about abortion than we are about them reading about rape. I assumed that 'rape' might trigger a stricter rating because discussions of violence are scary and might disturb kids -hell, they disturb me.

Let's run the test again, now that we've put the word abortion on the front page, and see what we get...

I got an NC-17 rating, mostly because of the 12 mentions of viagra on the front page.
Huh. I got a "PG" rating for:
-abortion (2x)
-porn (1x)
This just gets stranger and stranger... so, Viagra = NC-17, abortion = variable, and porn = PG
What if you wrote porn 5 times, what would you get then?
I got an R rating for: sex (7x) rape (4x) abortion (3x) bitch (2x) death (1x)
See, I think Sally has a lot more bad stuff (oops, I just censored myself!) on her blog than I do, and yet she only gets an R rating! This leads me to conclude that 1) this is a totally unscientific thingamajig, and 2) the darn thing is a mindreader. (Because I really *do* have a filthy mind.)
Henceforth, I guess we all have to write "schmaschmortion" instead of "abortion."
And outcrazyophelia, if you mentioned Viagra 12 times, I'd think racy ratings are the least of your concerns. Anytime I blog on anything even remotely related to ED, I get a bunch of spam in my comments section. Blech.

However scientific or unscientific it is, it's rather interesting to see how the different words get weighted.
I went to check and I am NC 17 for rape, sex, nigger, dick and whore...of course the most often mentioned word was rape (6)
