Here is a telling Creature Comforts clip [8:51], and it is fun to watch. Now, if we wanted to do something really nice for our daughters, we would help them to feel as at-ease about their looks as many of the boys seem to be.

Wow. I had no idea Creature Comforts had jumped the pond. I like the vulture, "Well, I try to look pleasant." Classic!
Yeah, I found that comment both funny and nicely juxtaposed with the pigs. You ask a male (buzzard) what he thinks of his looks, and you get "I try to look pleasant." You ask a female (pig) the same question, and her mama jumps in to tell you how much cuter she'd look if she wore more make-up. I know it is hardly scientific, but... sigh.
